Sherpa PrepReviews of sherpaprep.com

Sherpa Prep breaks down the most daunting and critical test for b-school applicants in a way that only a world class instructor, mind, and mentor could. Even after long work days, the instructors keep you engaged and confident that with their guidance, you too can conquer the test. The skills acquired during this class have helped me gain confidence not only in the test taking realm but in the work realm. One of the best classroom experiences I've ever had and the continued support once the class is over far exceeds the market expectations.

Best course ever! Nafeez is an amazing instructor and his technique is remarkable, he helps you build the confidence you need to achieve and overcome the GMAT

Sherpa was great with preparation for the GRE. The instructors are easily accessible and the price for the classes are budget friendly compared to other prep courses in DC.Erin, my instructor, was good at making the test not seem as daunting as people make it sound. Before Sherpa I was getting 150s and below on my practice test but after Sherpa my score went into the upper 150s and my writing score was in the 85th percentile just by using the shortcuts they gave. I was accepted to multiple MBA programs and am starting school in the fall!

Erin was a great GMAT teacher. He kept each class light by cracking jokes but remained focused on teaching important topics. I enjoyed the small classroom experience, as that kept me much more engaged. The interactive atmosphere made the 3.5 hour classes fly by.

My experience with Sherpa and Nafeez has been awesome and I’d highly recommend the course to anyone who is thinking about taking the GRE or GMAT wanting an edge. Like a lot of people who are considering going to graduate school, I needed to study while working full-time. Sherpa’s methods made learning the test materials fun, easy to understand, and something I actually looked forward to doing each week. If you are considering taking a course and live in the DMV I would highly recommend Sherpa over other programs (you have the option of sitting in on a class to try it out beforehand if you want to see for yourself). Nafeez is hilarious and when I have shared my experience with others that have taken prep courses for the GMAT it is evident that Sherpa gives its students an edge and really has something special.

The level of support that the Sherpa Prep instructors have provided me in my quest to tackle the GRE/GMAT exams, as well as the business school application process has been tremendous! The small class sizes, one-on-one check-in meetings, and private tutoring sessions have been catalysts for my test prep success thus far. I would recommend Nafeez, Nasheed, and Erin for any of your GRE or GMAT prep needs. As an added bonus, Sherpa allows students to take advantage of a full class re-take policy (And it's FREE). Without a doubt, Sherpa is the best test prep organization in DC. I recommend them to all of my friends who are starting their grad school journeys.

Sherpa is always first recommendation for anyone considering taking the GRE or GMAT in the DC area. I had a ways to go when I first embarked on my GMAT journey and Nafeez helped me get to where I needed to be. Great local company, strong and competent staff.

5/5 stars! Sherpa is easily half the reason I'm headed to grad school next year. Nafeez and the entire team was incredible at both teaching the material needed to ace the GMAT and GRE (I took both) and helping to manage test stress. I'd recommend them to anyone!
