Absolutely horrible experience with Sherpa Auto Transport and Diesel Auto Transport. Bunch of liars I was originally told the transport would take only 3–6 days. Instead, it took 11 days with constant delays, excuses, and zero professionalism. I asked multiple times for basic updates and even requested a simple picture of the vehicle’s mileage/odometer, and they still failed to send it. The driver barely answered the phone, and customer service was completely useless the entire time. Nobody seemed organized or capable of handling a serious business professionally. Every time I contacted them, I received different information and empty promises. I would NEVER recommend these companies to anyone, no matter how cheap their prices are. Saving a little money is not worth the stress, wasted time, poor communication, and unprofessional treatment. Stay away from these companies

I had success with them twice before, so I referred my friend to them for a move he had coming up. He had the bumper RIPPED OFF one of the two vehicles shipped and no one reported it, but just “stuck it back on” only to have it fall off as he was taking the car home! Fortunately, no one got hurt. Sherpa does not answer calls or emails from him, regarding this now. HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll not be using them again or referring them! Update- They finally returned my call, but ultimately left the matter up to the carrier that transported my friend’s car, who actually claimed the bumper was already damaged when they accepted the car to be shipped! What a joke! Does that make sense to anyone?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
