We’re very sorry to read this, because this is never how we want a client to feel after working with our team. At this time, we’re unable to identify your client account based on the information associated with this review, so we don’t have enough context to properly review your enrollment, the services included in your agreement, your coaching experience, or any previous communication with our team. We do want to clarify that PRB is a team-based mentorship company. Depending on the program purchased, clients may work with one of our trained PRB coaches rather than receiving private 1:1 coaching directly from Sheila. The coaching structure, services, and deliverables for each enrollment are outlined as part of the client agreement. More importantly, if a client feels they are not progressing, we want to know while they are still in our ecosystem so we have the opportunity to support them. We have a team dedicated to client success, and qualifying coaching clients may also have continued coaching support available under the terms of our guarantee when the applicable requirements have been met. We take concerns about coaching quality, strategy, deliverables, and client experience seriously. Our coaching is designed around a proven framework that has helped many business owners scale their businesses. Every recommendation we make is based on the client's goals and current situation, but implementation is always the client's decision. We never require anyone to adopt a one-size-fits-all approach or make staffing decisions they aren't comfortable with. Growing a business often requires changes to systems, leadership, pricing, and team structure. Those conversations can be challenging, but our role is to provide honest guidance based on what we believe will help our clients reach the results they're seeking. When we learned you were unhappy with your experience, we offered the opportunity to go through the program again with additional support at no additional cost because we genuinely wanted to help you achieve the outcome you were looking for.
