BUYER BE CAREFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEENSANE.COM I PURCHASED A SWATCH ROYAL POP LAN BA WATCH FOR $378.00 back on May 15, 2026 AND RECEIVED RECEIPT SHOWING PICTURE OF THE BLUE COLORED AP WATCH (pocket watch) WITH COMMUNICATIONS TO ENSURE MY WATCH WAS AUTHENTIC Sheensane stopped communicating with me after several attempts to resolve why was an order shipped from Atlantic Georgia to Singapore Post then back to United States. I RECEIVED NOTICE TODAY 6/5/26 FROM USPS SAYING MY WATCH WAS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER HAVING MY INCORRECT ADDRESS ON PACKAGE BUT MY ADDRESS EVEN SHOWS CORRECTLY ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE ORDER RECIEPT FROM SHEENSANE. I went and picked up the package at USPS LOCALLY addressed to my name correctly but the shipper put an incorrect address on the package but the proper street name was correct the inside of the package was only a crappy low grade green watch strap. Sheensane has committed Fraud for Selling an Item not as Described and now their Website is shut down and phone line dose not answer. Jeff

The product looked much better on the website than what, took longer than e I received, very poor and low quality. Delivery on the other hand as well took longer than expected and support replies were slow. I tried reaching out but the customer service was so unpolite and disrespectful and the issue took longer to rresolve. I expected better quality but maybe others had a betrer experience, but mine was disappointing.

Placed order, waited one week, heard nothing. Contacted customer support, was assured it would process. Waited another week, no shipping. Finally issued refund that took weeks to process. They promise good they cannot deliver and then just string you along.

I was scammed of more than $200, I regret transacting with this company. They are totally fake

The positive feedback i wrote before was not real, this company is scam. Don't trust them with your money

They don't sell any quality product, you will never get exactly what you order and you might not get anything at all and eventually get blocked. Stay away from them.
