We’re sorry to hear that you found some of the building methods in the plans unusual and that they made your build more time-consuming than expected. We’ve reached out to you privately because we’d really like to understand which specific parts of the plans caused difficulty. Customer feedback like this helps us identify where instructions or construction details may need to be improved or clarified. Appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we’ll have an opportunity to better understand and address your concerns.

We’re sorry for the trouble. We sent the plans directly to your email shortly after your review to make sure you could access them as soon as possible. In some cases, the original download email may also end up in the spam or junk folder. If there is ever any issue, please contact our support team right away so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Hi Jeffrey, I've just checked, and you received a premium version of our plan. We are sorry that you did not like it, and we never received a refund request from your email. Either way, the refund has been issued now, and we are sorry for the problems it caused.
