We're sorry that you were not happy with the price of one of the items. The manufacturer suggested price for the item you brought up is $29.99. We sell for $27.99. If you found the exact same item for $17.00, you should buy it. Better yet, let us know where you bought it so we can stock up at that bargain price.

We're sorry that you have experienced a problem. When ordering, it is critical that you read the description of the item and understand what you are buying. In this case you ordered a replacement BODY part for a Braun shaver. As indicated, it is a replacement PART and the description states that it is to be used with your existing shaver head, cord etc.

We are sorry that you ordered incompatible parts. When ordering parts, it is critical that you match the model number written on your shaver to the list of compatible models in the item description on the site. Because so many parts look very similar, you can not match them by sight alone. If you need help identifying parts, we are available by email or phone to assist you prior to purchase

We're sorry that you ordered an incompatible part. Ordering parts can be tricky if you do not read the item description. As indicated, you must match the specific model number written on your shaver to the list of compatible models. We provide a video on the item page to help you locate the specific model number on your shaver. We are also available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have prior to making your purchase. Matching a Series number alone, like S5000, is not a reliable way to match since there may be several different models within a series number that are very different from one another. We are also sorry if the package was delayed in transit.

We are sorry that you misunderstood the shipping options. You must enter your state and zip code for the shipping options to be displayed. If you had done so, you would also have been provided with US MAIL options at a much lower rate than the heavy item flat rate that you referred to.

Folks, you have to give us adequate time to respond to an email. If you email us in the afternoon, it is very possible that you will not get a reply until the next day. This is especially true if there is a time zone difference (we are EST). The rule of thumb is to allow the merchant one business day to respond to your email requests or concerns.

We're sorry that you have experienced a problem. You placed your order through our store on ebay and used ebay's Global Shipping program. When using such a program, it is good to know how it works. When you use ebay's Global Shipping program, the merchant ships the package to ebay's Global Shipping warehouse in Illinois. There, ebay ships the package to your country and provides you with an international tracking number for the package. Once this happens, ebay is responsible for the package until it gets to you. As of this writing, you have allowed only 10 days which if often not sufficient time to receive an international package. Please be patient and allow sufficient time for the package to be delivered. When it is delivered, we would appreciate you editing your feedback. Thank you
