This company hides a subscription and bills your card without any clear consent. It starts with a charge of £0.10 to upscale one video (which in my case failed) and then 24 later, they charged £49.90 as INTERCALARIS, claiming it was a recurring charge I agreed to. I have screenshots of every step of the user journey and at no point does it claim there is a subscription. The site is almost entirely AI generated copy and the support email seems to be agentic too. I have reported them to Barclays. I also contacted the company and after several back and forth email exchanges where they repeatedly tried to negotiate a 50% refund, they refunded the full amount when threatened with legal action.
