I cannot praise Remi's work, patience, and commitment to helping us highly enough! We bought the HaaS-SaaS template which pretty much did what we were looking for ahead of an investment round. However, we did need it tweaked a fair bit as we worked through our model, and Remi was always on hand to help, understand, and create what we needed until we got it right. As a pre-revenue start-up, we have to watch the pennies, and having been quoted £10k by accountants to create our financial model, we decided to explore other options. Having had a false start with another company (nothing wrong with them, just the model didn't work) I came across SharpSheets and decided to give them a go. What had I got to lose spending $99 compared to £10k right, so I gave it a shot having read a bunch of other reviews which said Remi gave the best customer service, attention, quality of work etc. I bought it with none of those expectations really, I mean for $99 what can you expect. But I have to say without hesitation that Remi not only lived up to all those positive reviews, he excelled way beyond! I paid an extra $125 for some customisation but again compared to £10k it was a no brainer. Remi went above and beyond to the extent I offered to pay him another $125 for the time and effort he had put in, which he refused to charge me for. A great guy, and great company who delivers phenomenal value, and deserves all the success in life! I will definitely be recommending Remi and SharpSheets to all the start-ups I know, and as part of an Accelerator I know quite a few who would appreciate the standard and quality of service. We got the Tim Hortons franchise pro forma model. The model wasn't updated at first with the 2023 franchise document. We shared it with the team and did it for free in no time. Great service!

The templates aren't cheap, but the ability to customize the template, and the overall result was far more affordable then hiring a CPA. It's a great resource, especially for franchisees.
