I've been a digital retoucher for over 30 years. I do a lot of portrait retouching. No, it's not "high end" fashion retouching but i do my best to make people look their best. I've used other tools but wanted to dig into Frequency Separation and get some good tips from Kristina's LinkedIn program, the Skin Retouch. The course was very well presented and I picked up some good tips. I recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their workflow.

Thanks for the quick responses. I was able to figure out my problem. It likely had something to do with the type of monitor I'm using. And it only played if I changed the resolution of the lesson video.

I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7. However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class. Thank you again

Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.
