Hi there everyone :) My name is Jules. I would like to say that she (Kristina Sherk) has the best integrity as a business person. My silly ass purchased the AI Presets twice and she IMMEDIATELY refunded me for the money as it was included in my master class. This collection is not only time saving but very well put together. To top it off... I didn't have to learn how to do that :) She (Kristina) did ALL the work for me. TYTYTY! I am truly grateful for your time and effort. You've saved this ol' gal a butt load of work :) TY for being a true business person. The kind that isn't just out for herself. I'd recommend you to anyone. True Blue.

I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I love the products available and now feel even better about making future purchases because of this wonderful experience

Great support. Had several questions about products in my emails. My emails we're answered extremely fast the best I have seen compare to other companies. It's nice to know that when you purchase something, If you need support the support is definitely there for you and quick

Fast response with problem solving answer.

I have been enjoying Kristina Sherk’s presentation style and selected software packages since early, 2022. I have to say that the website support is wonderful. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the response was timely and always super helpful. It is one thing to produce great products, but the personal service from the support team is a great professional bonus!

As a beginner I find the tutorials very good and so far I have learned a lot and now know a lot more about Photoshop. Tony

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I HAD ISSUES WITH PASSWORD AND LINK NOT WORKING. THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED!!!

The review is not about the product but way more important... the service. Anything can and in time will go wrong, nothing wrong with that. The quality shows by the way the problem is solved. An action didn't do what it should. Laura was helping me. It all started at 6 august 2023 and she held on all the way till 20 oktober 2023 to get the problem solved which finally did. Laura you are awesome!
