I had an unbelievably remarkable experience with Laura recently via emails. Not only was she professional and kind and courteous, but she was beyond fair. She not only accommodated my initial request, but she found an error on MY part, and righted it. She did not have to accommodate my request or have to find my error, but the fact that she did ... and without hesitation... is simply a remarkable gesture, no ... quality, yes quality that should be noted on her behalf. If customer service elsewhere could be even 50% of that which I received from Laura, then I could have faith once again in the future of our world. Thank you, Laura and Kristina ! Not only can others learn creative ideas, methods, and production from you, but more business people can learn incredible customer service delivery protocol from you, as well.

Initially, I had a problem after downloading an AI package, but Laura from Sharkpixel was extremely helpful and quickly sorted it out. I have now downloaded the Portrait AI package to Lightroom and look forward to using it.

I had a problem with sharkpixel that I couldn't solve. I tried downloading ,but for some reason I was unable to. After trying a few times I sent sharkpixel an email explaining my problem. They responded the next day. To make a long story short, they were able to help me correct the problem and now I'm enjoying the product.

After registering for Brushes and AI presets, I had problems accessing the site. I wrote to Sharkpixel and described my problem to them. I received a response very quickly suggesting options I had to correct the problem. I found out that I had made a mistake. It was not an issue with their site! Nevertheless, their responsiveness was great!
