One Star - Images of the product being sold vs
Images of the product being sold vs. what you receive equals exactly what you think coming from a “1 Star” review here. I emailed them about the issue and shared side by side images of the problem and was only offered a 20% refund. Even though they did offer something with the equivalent of disrespectful refund to a customer they said they saw no clear differences in side by side product images (in my house vs. their product image). I’d gladly share the images if Trust Pilot had the option. So unfortunately, I personally will not purchase from them again.
