UPDATE: They have replied my ticket and resloved my issue. I purchase an item from them and the provided download link is dead, reached out to support but their contact us page always has issues whenever I submit the form, opened a ticket and I’m yet to get a reply, sent an email too no reply still. The lack of communication is appalling and the reviews I am reading on here are not encouraging at all, I don’t want to believe it is a scam website.

Title: A Rollercoaster Experience - Ultimately Satisfied I embarked on a journey with this company with excitement, placing orders with IDs #92222 and #92200. Initially, everything seemed smooth, but as the days passed without any download links or communication from the company, my enthusiasm turned into concern. For five long days, I sent multiple messages, seeking updates on my orders. The silence from the other side was deafening, and I began to feel both frustrated and scammed. I even requested a refund but was met with the same lack of response. My time and money seemed to have vanished into thin air. -- UPDATE: 12/08/2023 - 1 AM -- A glimmer of hope appeared when the link for order number #92222 was finally provided. However, the wait for the last order, #92200, continued. -- UPDATE: 12/08/2023 - 9 AM -- The day brightened as the link for order number #92200 was finally provided. The storm had passed. My Final Thoughts: The initial lack of communication and delay in receiving my orders was indeed frustrating. However, the company ultimately delivered on its promise, providing me with the download links for my orders. I appreciate the eventual responsiveness and the effort taken to rectify the situation. I'm glad to report that my issue was resolved satisfactorily, and I now look forward to further engagements with the company. Despite the rocky start, the resolution has left me with a positive impression, and I'm willing to do business with them in the future. Thank you to the team for addressing my concerns and turning a negative experience into a positive one. Future customers, please be patient; the company does deliver, even if it takes a little time.
