What a place to connect and be with others who are looking for support as well!!!! There are so many topics to narrow down your interests and its judgement free, respectful, SAFE, peer driven. Founded by a lady who was in great need of this service, so guess what, she started it! I too was looking for an online support group that's 24/7 a couple years ago and no such thing. THIS is just what I was looking for...even better! Thank you so much for this FREE service (upgradable too for more good stuff). There's so much to do here! It's not a 988 service BUT it's for non emergency non clinical support. See you there!

ShareWell helps me so much throughout the week with my mental health. I often feel isolated being a stay at home mother with many obstacles. It feels great to meet others who understand and we help one another by just talking and encouraging each other.

ShareWell has helped me work through a lot this year. I joined during a time when I didn’t fully trust my own emotions or how I was processing things. Being able to talk with others who understand that feeling who’ve been through it too - made a big impact!! The video part felt intimidating at first BUT honestly, it helps. You see REAL people, and that connection reminds you that you're not alone. It keeps you grounded. I’m really grateful I found this space and community <3

Mental health can feel lonely and overwhelming. Sharewell helps people who are feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, traumatized, or lonely. Sharewell offers a safe space where people can feel real shared connection. The sessions I have hosted or attended have offered practical tips that are useful for everyday lives and peers have offered only love care and support to members in need. It is very heartwarming!
