used the licenses for 2 months but suddenly I had license crashes every 3-4 days and I had to manually run license command everytime. cannot afford downtimes due to license so I switched it. I do not use this service anymore.

The service is terrible
The service is terrible, they're very slow, the codes don't work properly, the staff are very slow to respond, and the codes can take up to two days to arrive. Mine took almost two and a half days to reach them, and it still doesn't work. Every time you contact them, they say, "We'll see," and "We'll do this," and "We'll do that." What is a Windows code? It's supposed to work immediately without any complications.

I've been using the services for about a year and they are terrible because they don't have support, but I used them for some projects. I decided to open another company and made a payment last month. Today, I made an advance payment and they simply called me a scammer and removed everything I own, my licenses, my data and everything else, and they even messed with my servers. I've already filed complaints with all the banks I paid to try to get my money back. Don't buy them. They want war, so get ready because I'm going all out against these bandits. They don't even know what to expect.

unprofessional service
Do not work with this company under any circumstances. They messed up my VPS settings and are not fixing them. They have no idea what they are doing. I would never recommend them.

Not real licenses
Not real licenses, they ask you to install a binary in order to have the license they give you working.
The code they give you requests the script from `.../pre.sh` with curl and that script has thing like `wget -4 -qq --timeout=15 --tries=5 -O /usr/bin/CSPUpdate.tmp --no-check-certificate .../CSPUpdateV2` which is a binary
This is completly unsafe to run in your computers! ...and you have to run it as root!
Response from sharedlicense.comJun 5, 2025
Our license system uses protected scripts to ensure stability, prevent tampering, and secure our backend logic.
Running the installer as root is standard for any server-level integration. If that’s a concern, our service is simply not for you.
We’re not here to open our methods to the public — we provide results, not source code.
Spreading panic without technical understanding helps no one.

Your funny due I have
Have a legal Paypal account OK and I never use a fake account like what you say and you license is not a 6 dollar I was paying a 9 dollar for it and the plus the 3 dollar fee for the installation. You do it and your website the one Says fleetSSL free not me and why When I buy from another company I don’t wanna say its name it’s working fine and you have issue after install it in the same server company sent me an error. There is something went wrong in the back end you got what I mean you are not a legal company. You are a fraud you keep Responding the messages. I send it many and many and the guy his name Jayson is so rude. He doesn’t know how to support. I am here behind the solution company. and you can see my account is verify Not like you

We appreciate your creative storytelling, but let’s clarify a few facts—just so the audience can distinguish between reality and your emotional meltdown.
1. Verified Account?
Using a "verified" PayPal account doesn’t mean your accusations carry any truth. Fraudsters can verify too—PayPal doesn’t run moral checks.
2. Price Confusion?
You’re arguing over $6 vs. $9 vs. $3 fees while pretending to be the CEO of a “solution company.” If $3 ruins your server, maybe rethink your business model.
3. FleetSSL “Free”?
Yes, FleetSSL is listed—clearly marked as deprecated. Your failure to read documentation doesn’t make us responsible for your server breaking. That’s called user error.
4. Other Providers “Work”?
Wonderful. Go marry them. But just because someone else babysat your setup doesn’t mean we owe you the same. We don’t do hand-holding—we sell licenses, not fairy tales.
5. Support Team?
Our team is here to assist—not to tolerate tantrums, spam, or blackmail. Jason wasn’t rude—he was just the first person in your life to say “no” when you demanded free work.
6. Fraud?
You call us a fraud, but your own behavior—fake names, PayPal disputes after service delivery, and harassment—says otherwise. If there’s any fraud in this conversation, it’s staring you in the mirror.
To summarize:
You didn’t buy a service—you bought an ego trip, and now you're mad we didn’t validate it.
We wish you all the best with your “solution company,” but maybe solve your own understanding of responsibility first.
