This "company" is an absolute scam. I can not get my xrays and I get no response from them. This "Adewale Olalere" character refuses to respond to emails, their chat doesnt work and there is no phone number for these clowns. Absolute garbage. I am not proceeding with a back surgery with Vero Beach Orthopedics simply because they choose to associate with these morons. The fact that any doctor would use this scam is all I need to know about that doctor.

Why do you still have this bs if an app on the website to keep us from getting our medical records im tired of trying to get access to my very own records

If possible I would give this company rocks instead of one star. I needed copies of my medical records from my ortho doctor for an upcoming procedure at a local hospital. After three calls and no return calls, I drove the forty miles to my doctor’s office to request help. I was given a form that I filled out in the doctors office. Watched the lady send the form to Sharecare. I was informed I have the records with 10 workings. After delaying my procedures , 19 working days later the records arrive. This company is just an another medical industry theive!!! Piggy backing on medical companies to provide a service that is not needed with today’s computer capabilities. Companies like this should be outlawed. There’s nothing about Care in this business and the only Sharing is your money to their pockets.

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Sharecare while trying to get short-term disability paperwork corrected before surgery. For the past three weeks, my Attending Physician Statement has contained incorrect information, including an inaccurate return-to-work date and work restrictions that do not reflect my actual job duties. I have called multiple times and have physically gone to my physician’s office to explain exactly what needs to be corrected. Despite repeated follow-up, no one at Sharecare has been able to tell me whether they have the updated information needed to revise my forms or when the corrected paperwork will be submitted. I continue to get vague responses with no clear status update, timeline, or confirmation. This has created unnecessary stress immediately before a scheduled surgery. Disability paperwork is time-sensitive and directly affects a patient’s income, employment, and benefits. A company handling FMLA and short-term disability forms should be able to provide accurate information and basic status updates. I’m especially disappointed that my physician’s office relies on this process without more visibility or accountability for patients when errors occur. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase corrections on critical medical leave paperwork with no clear answers. My experience has been delays, lack of communication, and no ownership of resolving errors on forms that have significant consequences.

Words that come to mind... FRAUD and EXTORTION! This system clearly is broken. Preventing recipients from being able to get back to work because they can't get their processing done. It is time for a class action lawsuit. Literally holding up the ability to go back to work, that they clearly know they have control over, and have done NOTHING to fix, while demanding more payments at $20 per page that they can't manage to get processed... is the true definition of extortion.

Awful, awful awful. A complete waste of time and I have spent over an hour jumping through their hoops and still no records sent!

This company is awful. Nextcare started using them to request records. All I needed was a specific vaccine record. They didn’t send it to me, they sent me the only other vaccine record from that location… And then I told them I needed the correct record. They never responded. Three weeks later I reached out again. Still never got the correct record. And then I received an invoice for six dollars without anyone saying that there was any kind of charge prior to sending the request. This is crazy.

Made numerous requests and still no records. Got emails saying they were processed and mailed which was a lie. Contacted them and got no response. If you need medical records you won't have much luck from this incompetent company.
