This company is a complete scam. In addition to this site, there are hundreds of complaints about them on the BBB site, sitejabber.com, Pissedconsumer.com etc. Don't even think about doing business with them. In my case, they promised an easy Return and Refund Policy. Instead, charged me extra for a return shipping label that I never received. Lied to me three times when I repeatedly requested this label, telling me it was sent to me. Eventually, they simply ignored me and I am still stuck with useless merchandise worth $222. Please join me in complaining to the FTC and the office of the Attorney General in your state. The more of us that complain, the louder our voice will be. Enough with scammers who take advantage of trusting American customers!! I am enclosing a letter I wrote to the FTC and the NY attorney general. Feel free to use it as the format for your letter. I hope that together we succeed in stopping this fraudster. Dear Madame, Sir; This letter is a request of the FTC to intervene on behalf of countless online customers as myself, and to stop a company named Shapewear USA from engaging in deceptive and fraudulent practices. The merits of my request: ShapwearUSA posts on their website a Return and Refund policy (R&R policy) which promises to be “easy and worry free”. My decision to purchase from them was based on this R&R policy. ShapewearUsa failed to respect the promised policy. They made the return of the items I ordered impossible. According to hundreds of complaints on the BBB site, reviews on Trustpilot and sitejabber.com, they deceive multiple customers in the same manner. Their refund and return practices amount to false advertising and are plainly dishonest. The Facts: On October 7,2020; while searching for a Carol Martin bra, I was taken to the “Shapewear USA” site. Shapwear’s site promises:”FREE SHIPPING & 90-DAY FREE EXCHANGES”. Or “EASY 90-DAY RETURNS- no hassle, pain free returns and easy policy”. The Return & Refund Policy states: “We offer an easy & worry free return policy, 45 days on refunds & 90 days on exchanges!” * On October 7,2020 I placed an order for 14 bras in the sum of $309.98 * On October 22,2020 I received the bras. Most did not fit well. I wrote to the seller requesting a return. On October 23,2020 a company representative named Steve Jones engaged me in a week long correspondence finally instructing me, on October 29th, to pay extra $9.95 for a return shipping label. On October 29,2020 I purchased the label sent proof back to Mr. Jones Despite repeated requests I never received the return label On November 10,2020 I tried to write a review on the Shapewear website. To my surprise, it was impossible to write a truthful review about them. An online search for authentic reviews about ShapewearUSA, revealed that this company disseminates the internet with fake highly positive reviews. On November 10,2020 I found on the BBB site hundreds of complaints about Shapewear, all describing exactly my experience. Shapewear promises easy returns but fails to do so. On November 11,2020 I contacted Nuvatek, the manufacturer of the bras I purchased who uses ShapewearUSA website. I informed them of the BBB fraud complaints and requested their help. On November 12,2020 I received an email from Shapewear, pretending they did not know why I contacted Nuvatek. They promised to re-send my return label right away. Said label was never sent to me! The seller ignored my emails from then on. On November 18,2020, I disputed Shapewear’s charges with my credit card bank - Signature Bank. On December 31,2020 Signature Bank arbitrarily reversed the credit they gave me. On February 26,2021 I wrote to Anika Watson VP, Complaints Executive at Synchrony Financial, the parent company of Synchrony Bank, as well as to their Customer relations Dept., explaining that Shapewear's scam and requesting their help. On March 3,2021 Elizabeth Cliff from Signature Financial contacted me. She explained that since I received the items I ordered, the bank cannot continue the dispute because the merchant fulfilled their obligation to me. She rejected my point that Shapewear failed to comply with their Return and refund Policy. My hope is that the FTC will agree with me. Shapewear USA wants the benefit of marketing a return policy without having to comply, which is deceptive. Please help to stop them immediately. Respectfully, Orna B.

I ordered a garment from ShapewearUSA and have waited a month for it to be delivered without success.I asked for a refund, again without success. Steve Jones (their contact) refers me to the UPS postal service. I note that the UPS "updates" (only 2 and then nothing ) do not specify which city or place they are supposed to be in. I recognise this as the same practice that some scam sites use to claim that it is the postal service's responsibility and not theirs. (Printing a label and then moving that label between the office and front desk?) The company is obviously unconcerned about customers.

I ordered two items and when I tried to return them- they tried wishing too long for me to get a refund. Total crooks and bad business.

I purchased 3 items and spent over $400. I paid for expedited shipping, but only 1 item arrived. I've written to customer service and their response is that they will contact the warehouse, but no follow-up. My second try I get same response. Again, no follow-up. Then I get a message that all of my items have been delivered - NOT TRUE! I agree with the other reviews - this is a FRADULENT company.

I have purchased two surgical bras (small and medium) and paid shipping from Canada. The small was the wrong color and defective but sort of fit me and the other was too large. After much negotiation with CS Steve Jones, I returned the large one to Cysm as instructed and kept the defective bra out of necessity. What an ordeal! Paid another $20 for shipping to the US and never got my money back, nor store credit. They have simply stopped replying to my emails! BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT STORE LIKE THIS! DONT BUY!

Ordered a bra March 5. Received email from Steve Jones saying the color bra that was showing as in stock was, in fact, not. Offered me a different color of their "premium" brand which was in stock. I accepted. Long story short- a week later, the bra that was supposedly in stock never shipped and it was "being looked into" and found that the order was "Fulfilled". March 17 and there's STILL no receipt of bra, so email again... Again, "look into it" and "I'll get back to you". I realize that bra or refund will not be seen by me. This is A SCAM. The address I was able to find on their linkedin is to a HOUSE. The only other address is a PO box. There is no customer service number. I suggest, if you ordered from this scam of a company, that you contact the Chicago fraud department. Unfortunately for me, I read the reviews AFTER my "purchase". There was a list of complaints on the BBB website as well. I believe (unsubstantiated) that the positive reviews are fake.

Just adding to the chorus of voices letting you know that this is a scam company. They never delivered the products I ordered and are insisting that I deal with the “lost” package through the USPS (they did not insure it) and the police. Do not buy from this company. They will steal your money any way they can.
