Both items are too small. Even though I measured and used your size guide. Very disappointed.

They shipped me an incorrect item and I had to arrange and pay to ship it back. After they confirmed they received the return, they then told me I had to pay to ship the exchange to me because I live in Canada. I had to resort to filing a compliant through Paypal and got a partial refund for just the item, so I am out of pocket for the rest of the cost of the product and the return shipping charges for a mistake they made. They are also very disorganized, I had to follow up constantly and their responses were not consistent with the history and I had to keep reminding them of what transpired, which should not have been necessary since I ensured I used the same email trail.

I have yet to receive my order! It says one item was delivered, it wasn’t. I haven’t received my items. No one has gotten back to my emails.

Unfortunately my order was a disappointment. Originally I ordered a size 10 adhesive pad for my breast prosthesis. After I finished my order an offer for a second adhesive pad for a little discount was offered to me. I accepted the offer. When the adhesive pads arrived I opened the box and the original order for size 10 was in the box. The second adhesive pad, the special offer for $61.00 was a size 1. Totally useless size for adhering the prosthesis to my chest wall. I contacted customer support and although the customer service agent said they would solve my problem they have not. I wanted to exchange the size 1 for a size 10. Seems easy to me. I left last week without the issue resolved. I was supposed to receive a label to return the unused, unopened adhesive pad to Shapewear. Two weeks of emails back and forth and the last email I received was supposed to include the label. It did not. I will be gone for 2 months and had to leave without the 2nd pad. I used to get the pads from Amoena. Their customer service is excellent. They understand the products. So I am very dissatisfied. I just want to do an exchange for the correct size. My question is why would I order a size 10 pad and accept an offer for a second one then Shapewear sends me a size one!! Obviously your sales force does not understand their products or their customers. Shapewear still needs to send me a RA so I can do an exchange. Why is that so hard! …Alice Stacey

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no integrity! I placed an order online 2 months ago. I never received the products. It is impossible to speak with another human, and my emailed requests for a refund are being ignored.
