Fantastic and efficient move

Shamrock has helped me with dozens of personal moves, and I've always been impressed. This time around, I used them for a corporate move and there was no shortage of impressing this time around. They communicate well, they are reliable, they are skilled at even the most sensitive moves (we had some complex module desks from Herman Miller they helped with, in addition to wrapping and carefully moving all our original artwork). They make it easy to process payment, once work is done, via Cash or Credit Card. You have a huge selection of supplies, but they will be as efficient in the use of supplies you need to purchase, to make it as reasonable as possible to work with them. Whether you know or not - it is worth spending a little extra on movers like this. They are experienced in the most complex items and take good care of your items. They do a great job from walk through consultation, determining your needs, and ensure your move is kept within the bounds of the quote they provide. Their experience shines through at every step. They have great customer service and can typically schedule with a reasonable turn around. Francisco and his team were excellent. They were organized, friendly and professional. A very high level of care with my boxes and furniture, from start to finish. My prior unit had several flights of stairs and these guys worked straight for seven hours. Couches, bed frame etc all dismantled and put back together in my new apartment. Even boxes in the storage area were arranged with care, to make it easy for me to find things without needing to dig around. Highly recommend working with Shamrock.

It was easy to arrange for an estimate. Once we signed the contract and the move was scheduled, it went very smoothly. We got a message with tracking info on the movers who arrived at the scheduled time. The team was very efficient and helpful, making suggestions while we were packing. The next day, our belongings arrived on time. The movers put our belongings in our new home helping to separate which items would go to the garage and which would need to be placed in our home for easier unpacking. Great team of workers and very smooth move!
