Extremely Rude and doesn’t care about clients
I recently rang Shamas collection up to enquire about a piece and if she could share videos and photos of work she has authentically done herself rather than the catalog photos from other websites - I asked her to share this on WhatsApp and she refused to do so and started being extremely rude when I stated that in todays day and age everyone conducts business on WhatsApp and went on stating if you are really interested in the product you will send an email. She didn’t even bother to send in her email address when I asked her for it at the end. I was enquiring about the piece for a friend who lives abroad and not even for myself and this was the treatment received. I personally would NEVER purchase an item from such an ill mannered person ever. Really shocking this is how someone treats prospective clients.

Hi Aditi, Apologies for any inconvenience you have faced from our end. Our Website has a section called "Clent Dairies" where we display photos of our clients in our creations. The photos are not at all from any other website as we want our clients to get the best idea of what they can expect from us. Hence it is extremely derogatory to just say that they are not our own creations pics. We prefer email over all other communication channels so that we do not miss any detail on any client requirements. I think that should not be a problem for any of our prospective clients, if we strive to provide better services. Our website has all the contact details, I am not sure why was there any issue in reaching out to us. You asked us for a lower price range for the outfit but we cannot provide the quality to our clients at that price point and thats where we declined your request to customising an outfit for 5% of the actual price of the outfit. We are here to serve you but no one can bully us for our price range. I hope you can understand that.
