ShakleeReviews of shaklee.com

Shaklee bought out Modere products in Australia and in the past year or so have discontinued products to the point where there is virtually nothing left. What a poorly mishandled venture when the Modere products were so good. Very disappointing experience.

I am extremely disappointed. I really thought this would help me feel better lose a little weight and not feel so tired. I have eaten most of all vegetables and fruit and getting very bored Their recipes that they suggested are horrible and timing does not cook things in time, especially burning my garlic when it said to put it in when heating olive oil oil Do not do that. Put it in last anyway I do not feel anything different and I'm very disappointed

I have been trying to return an item due to it expiring so soon. I have 3 hours invested on hold over the telephone. I have been transfered over to talk with several people. Eventually I was told they would email me with instructions on how to return this item. This never happened. I will now be stuck with hundreds of dollars of product that is close to expiring. This is by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend purchasing any products from this company.
