I ordered frames online in October and when they didn't arrive by mid December, I emailed the company. I received a response saying that they had a problem with my credit card and they canceled the order because they hadn't received payment. Mind you, I have had no other "problems" with my credit card so I thought it was a bit unusual. Also, I never received any kind of notification from them that there was a problem. I reordered and again, 6 weeks later and no frames. I emailed them again (forget calling--they don't answer the phone EVER) and the customer service person kept telling me that the order was canceled in October...I explained I had placed a new order...I even forwarded it to her through email. She wouldn't acknowledge that I had ordered again. I threatened to report the company to rip off report and suddenly my phone rang. Talking was no better. I still haven't gotten any frames and instead of taking responsibility for not being able to get the frames they promised me, they blamed my credit card. The worst!

I ordered a pair of Prada eye glasses and they back ordered them for 6 weeks. After contacting them several times they just kept sending a email saying they would be shipped as soon as they arrived, which was never!! Finally, I contacted another reputable online company.. the customer service rep not only called Prada to see how many pairs they had in stock she emailed me with an exact shipping date. I got my glasses within one week! Shame on you Shades Emporium for placing an item available on your site and never even trying to fill your back orders and are rude when asked for an ETA. I was more than patient 6 weeks and still no ETA come on!!!!!!!

look at their shipping and return policy. you have only 4 hours to ask for a refund or you have to pay a 35$ cancellation fee. So what they do is say your glasses are on back order until you cancel so they can drop the 35$ cancellation fee on you. Not a site i would ever want to do business with.
