I was promised delivery with in 15 business days but package was delivered in more than 45 days.

If there is a negative star i would happily choose that. Worst of all kind of experience i ever had. Took almost 2.5 months for my shipment to complete. They are not approachable. Not customer friendly behavior. Pricing is high. They haven't provided much information. Finally will say you have to pay x amount for your shipment to be delivered otherwise we will add penalty. very poor service from both onshore and offshore peoples.

I wouldn't recommend SFL worldwide to my friends. Certain terms and conditions about the payment need to be cleared at the time of citing quotation.The team needs to clearly tell the truth and acknowledge without delay.

unacceptable service

I had shipped my stuff on 21st September 2018. Its 19th January 2019 now and i have no visibility to when my shipment will arrive. The rep told me it take 60-90 days for the shipment to reach door-to-door. Its 120 days already. I had pre-paid all the customs and charges beforehand. Now they are asking me for more money in the name of dubious charges. The representatives never pick up phones once you have paid money.

I decided to try SFL because my friend suggested. I guess i made the worst decision ever. I had to ship a package from USA to Bangalore. First of all, The agent who contacted me regarding the shipping label never informed me about the process that my recipient has to provide a KYC document and I need to provide address exactly same as his KYC document. The address I provided dint match my recipients address on his KYC document. As the result, my package was stuck in custom clearance for more than a month. When i followed up on the package, and escalated this issue, the SFL person who was in charge of this case was very rude and had to provide a lot of documents in order to release the package. Had the worst experience ever!! Worst customer service team. Very irresponsible and rude. Had to wait for 1 and a half months for my package to be delivered.

This is worst in fact more than worst shipping company. in the world.They do false promises and then once order taken will be completely different.Very very bad experience..even my friends and relatives experienced the same.

This is worst company , I shipped my tv and during shipping it damaged completely , and they did not pay fully insurance amount which they promised... don't do business with this company
