I bought a road line predator from Seyberts a year and a half ago. It Had a loose sound in it. Gunner the sales rep walked me through the warranty process. I contacted predator and they couldn't fix it so they said they would replace it. However they didn't have my cue and the only option was a different model which I didn't prefer. I called Gunner back he told me to take the model they offered me and he got approval from Rick and got me an upgraded cue from my original cue. How's that customer service ! 👍

I bought cues and accessories from Seyberts all the time. They always come fast to the house, packaged perfectly and they have one of the best costumer service around. They carry various items and most of the time everything is stocked. Truly a great place to purchase pool related products! I would not hesitate to buy from them again and again…they’re that good!

On several occasions Seybert's employees have gone out of their way to do it better. One example was I have a limited edition Predator that was damaged by an accident that snapped off the end of the cue. Repair was done by Seybert staff, so we salvage an old classic. That is just one example of the fine service they have, not to mention products.

I have ordered multiple times from Seybert's and never a problem. Billing is accurate and informative. Product is delivered quickly, and is well packed to prevent damage. All and all an excellent transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended
