Absolutely unprofessional! I bought 3 dresses at the beginning of May, received 1 of the dresses a couple weeks later, and didn’t get the other 2 dresses until mid July, after I had my baby. I didn’t even open the package when it arrived and kindly asked for a refund. They kept refusing to give me a full refund. The company doesn’t pick up their phone line and their responses to my emails made absolutely no sense. It was just a copied and pasted email about how they don’t do refunds. How is it appropriate to order something and not get it shipped for 2 months without any email for a status update? Plus their quality is NOT GOOD. Don’t order from here!

The worse place to order from! They are so slow! I was waiting 3 weeks for a confirmation/shipping/tracking number. I emailed these irresponsible people back and forth and they decided to ship out my dress after I seemed mad and upset! My dress still has not arrived and my baby shower was last week! I am super disappointed in this company. Do not waste your money. Order from somewhere else!

Do not order from here. The sizing is completely off and they have the worse return policy! I ordered dresses for my baby shower. More than one just in case they didn't fit. NONE OF THEM FIT despite following the size chart. When I inquired about returns they said store credit or exchange only. How is this fair to pregnant women? We're not pregnant forever and don't need clothing from a maternity any longer. There is no log in for the website so everything is through email. I wish I had known this before. I will never order from them again and will encourage others not to as well. Disgusting customer service.

Their website stated some days to process order and some days to receive by mail. It took almost 2 months to get my items. I tried emailing them on multiple occasions to cancel my order but they would not give me my money back. They stated their return policy is only store credit....but I never had received the order at that point. The clothes I got are poor quality. The 2 skirts I got in different colors, but the same size fit differently than one another. I got a skirt with overalls and the overalls are so long they are the length of my whole body, plus they are stitched to the skirt in uneven places on the skirt. I will have to get fixed. Not worth trying to return or have new ones sent. I'm just never recommending or shopping here again.

I ordered a regular dress on 4/22/2021, it’s been 20 days and I still haven’t even received a shipping notice. I contacted the company and they said they could only give me store credit if I want to cancel my order and that they can’t guarantee that it will arrive by 5/15, bc they weren’t aware of my event date. What the heck is 20 + days really not enough time to ship & receive my order. I knew they took long with gown orders but this is not a gown I ordered. I re-read their shipping and return section and they really set it up to not loose and make the customer responsible for any inconvenience or loss. Bye 👋🏻 0 stars from me! Thank God I order 3 back up dresses from other companies, I even received one from the UK in 5 days and I live in Texas. Really, don’t think this is a women owned company. Women work diligently and respect other women’s time and treasure.

This company is a scam. I placed an order weeks ago and after inquiring about my order they kept promising to send it. Even on the day of cancellation they pretended to have it in a box ready to ship, which they did the three emails before that. They will only give you store credit even if it’s within the 20 day return policy and let’s be honest gals: I would have given birth by the time this company got its act together. So untrustworthy. I bet it’s not even female owned. I had to call my credit card company to let them know no order ever arrived. Save your time, money, and sanity, and shop somewhere else.

Screw a 1 star, I want to give this place a 0 star. To start off I put my order in for one dress that cost $144 which I thought it was extremely expensive but due to the pandemic I can’t have a normal baby shower so at least I want to take nice pictures for memories. I put the order on February 28 2021 and paid for first priority hoping my dress would get here in less than a week at least. That didn’t happen of course. And today I received my package with a huge hole on the side. I wish I could show you the pictures :(. I am so sad because now I will have to find someone to fix this and for the $144 I paid for the dress I feel so disappointed. My first maternity dress and this is what I get. I will definitely tell my preggo friends to not order from this website. Terrible quality for what they charge. Now I am hoping I get a refund for at least half of what I paid for but who knows if they will even want to do that. Thank you sexy maternity for so much stress you are giving a pregnant woman like me, instead of bringing happiness to me and excitement.

LADIES, PLEASE BELIEVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. HUNDREDS OF WOMEN REMOVED THEIR HONEST REVIEWS JUST TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. I was a victim of their scam. I didn't read reviews and needed a dress and placed over $300 order month before baby shower with express shipping. I emailed week after and they still didn't ship and I asked to cancel and they refused. After dozens of emails back and forth they kept my money and my dresses. Horrible and shady return policy. So many hidden exceptions and it's so deceitful. You will not get refund if you want to return dresses. Their sobbing story of women owned company is total BS!!! Thousands of women own honest businesses. It's not an achievement nowadays and totally normal. Today shopping is done online with no issues to return so if they can't handle having products returned then they should stop selling online. SMH!!
