TOTAL SCAM! Half of my order was delivered almost 2 weeks after promised (and after the date of the event I needed it for). As for returns... a complete joke. They have to manually send you a return label, which takes days even though their return window is short. Once they receive your return, you will NEVER be refunded. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. I contacted SMM multiple times and was ignored. They are just here to take advantage of expecting mothers - it is disgusting.

SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY for you purchase BUT never credit you for a return!!! I purchased 4 dresses for my baby shower due to not knowing what color/size will look the best. It is pretty much what every merchant does nowadays. I ended up keeping ONE dress and then contacted for returning the other 3, BRAND NEW with TAGS and to be exact…my purchase was over $200 dollars!! They took forever to write back on how to return! I spent my money to send back since they couldn’t even respond for a return label. I sent back in August and have proof they received/delivered a few days later. Guess what NO refund or store credit months later!! I was already annoyed at the time of returning, I was told I wouldn’t get money for my returns and they said dresses are STORE CREDIT only, which is BIZARRE but everything else you can get your refund. I payed with AfterPay and they are just as bad!! I keep contacting merchant about where the heck is my store credit? Almost a week now, or should I say months no response. It doesn’t stop afterpay to keep charging me for purchase!! They are just as bad!!! They made me so stressed out during my pregnancy, making me feel scammed and taking all my money I really needed!!! Horrible horrible people!!! Fraud, ignorant, corrupt company!!! They are so illegal with their sales!!! Stay away and go with Amazon!! At least you can take back your items that were brand new with tags and all!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered two dress from this site and received one AFTER the event. I even paid an ETRA $32 to get them quicker!!! I ordered these dresses over a month in advance till the first event and two months prior to our maternity pictures, That dress NEVER CAME!! Luckily I ordered a back up dress from amazon for our maternity pictures. I even emailed them multiple times asking about the status and if it was going to be here in time, they never responded once! I am so very disappointed! I'm can't imagine what I would have done if I didn't buy A THIRD dress as a back up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! I emailed them to asking them to cancel the order and refund me for the dress that never came and will update how they handle it!

UPDATE: SexyMamaMaternity has unethical practices. Do not use a coupon code in your order because they will not refund you. They state in their return policy that if a customer uses a coupon code, the company will only get store credit. However, the company prominently features a coupon code on their homepage year round. That is baiting folks. Second, do not order their skirts. Their return policy does not state that skirts are not refundable, and when I ordered two maternity skirts, the company refused to refund me. The company is not transparent in their return policies, and they bait customers. I have filed a complaint with the FTC because of their unethical practices. Pretty awful experience with customer service. I used the chat function to ask questions about maternity skirt fabrics. The person on the chat was not honest about the quality of the skirt, saying that they were double layered. When asked what the fabric content was (it's not advertised on their website), the person was very vague saying that the fabric was "soft" and depended on the color of the skirt. When I ordered two skirts, the skirts were not double layered and were made of rayon, which is a crappy material because if you put it in the dryer it shrinks. Even worse, the company sent the wrong size for one of the skirts. I emailed the company at least 3 times (per their return policy) to notify them of the mistake and to ask them to foot the return shipping. They never responded with my request. After waiting several days, I asked them to send a return label and they finally did. When my return was processed, the company refunded me in STORE CREDIT even though they did not fulfill the order correctly. Horrible experience, and do not recommend using this company at all. I will file another claim with the Better Business Bureau, and dispute the charge on my credit card.

STAY AWAY Ordered a dress for my baby shower almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed, called, DMed multiple times over the course of a week and a half no with no response. No available customer service EVER .. can’t believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere to save yourself a headache and disappointment.

STAY AWAY. They have no available customer service to process returns. The dress I ordered came in way too tight even though I followed their fit measurements exactly. So I have been trying to return it but there is no way to automatically process a return online. Instead, they require that you contact them. For the past week, I have been calling, emailing and even tried to DM them on Instagram. No response at all - I feel like I've been scammed.

I placed an order for a dress on July 28th and my order did not come til august 17th… the same day I filed to make a return because I hated it and it’s been over a week and I’ve sent multiple emails and submitted multiple return forms and no one has responded (it has been a week)….. I am very unhappy for the amount of money I spent on the dress.. if I could give zero stars I would…. I only have 21 days to return the dress abs that time has passed due to sexy mama Maternity taking long to ship and send me my return label….the dress is extremely see through (I’m a size small) and doesn’t look anything like the model

Worst place ever to buy Maternity Dresses. No viable communication for refunds or purchases. Still waiting on a dress purchase 3 weeks ago with expedited shipping. Do not buy dresses from this site. Horrible experiences, just move on to a better quality site.
