Horrible service, they sent me the wrong color of dress I kept it untouched to send it back for a refund. I contacted them several times through email, phone and text and yet to this day I have no gotten a response from them. Very disappointed

I ordered a maternity dress for my baby shower recently and they were so quick to respond to help me on sizing. Once I placed my order, I provided them with my exact measurements to ensure that alterations were done prior to shipment. They were quick to ship my dress and it arrived a couple days later.. but then I was hit with taxes and duties. UPS charged me $100 CAD for customs which is ridiculous since the dress weighs less than nothing and the dress already cost me a lot. I provided them with feedback and wrote them an email explaining the following: 1. No alterations were done to the dress even after sending them my specific measurements (which now means I have to pay more to get this dress altered to wear) 2. There was a snag in the sleeve of my dress and some other areas that were snagged (quality issue that hasn't been resolved) 3. The colour was completely different from what was shown on the website 4. The duties & customs I was charged that was not stated anywhere on their website 5. I specifically emailed them about sizing prior to placing my order and they recommended a size bigger (after receiving the order I could've went with my regular size and the dress fits loose) Still to this day, I have yet to get a response from them regarding these issues. I could've used this money to buy a dress elsewhere for MUCH cheaper given the quality of the dress and the lack of customer service I have been provided. I tried to send a question to them about sizing on a DIFFERENT email to see if they'd respond or if they're just ghosting and ignoring my emails. Surprise, surprise! They never responded back to me about sizing or never bothered to email me back about the issues on my original order. I called them out by responding to the email saying if they're going to respond to my email or if they're just going to ignore me. They responded to ask about my order # and what the issues were and once I addressed it, they went silent again. They've also been on social media posting stories and posts but still have yet to resolve or respond to my email. They're willing to take all your money for sales but when it comes to compensating or resolving issues you've had, they completely disappear on you. I'd definitely recommend save your money!

BEWARE! READ THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BUYING! I bought a dress from this site thinking that it was a standard retail site, with the normal 30+ day return policy. However, the dresses are only eligible for store credit. The site is not transparent about this nuance and doesn't make it obvious to the shopper when browsing or at checkout. When you reach out to customer service, they will reply will a boiler plate response and then ghost you on any further replies. They are completely non-responsive. The claim is that dresses are "custom" even though they are the standard items on the site. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Do not order from them. They are a scam and do not offer you a refund, only store credit. They also try to group in other clothing items and state that they are dresses. I even had several emails with someone prior to ordering because of the fact that I was nervous about it. I should’ve listened to my gut. Currently still fighting to get my money back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. HORRIBLE customer service and return policy. Run don’t walk from this site.

Horrible customer service. My package was returned to the sender for some unknown reason. I have made multiple attempts over the past two months to get in touch with SMM to get a refund and they have not responded a single time. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Very dishonest company, would not allow a return after the item received was not the color advertised on the site. Stopped answering all communication.

Literally the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! I would never ever shop here again and would never recommend anyone buy anything from here, especially for maternity. They have a terrible return policy! I originally bought a dress for my gender reveal and the sleeves were flawed to where I didn’t have any range of motion with my arms. I requested a return and I was informed that I only qualified for an exchange since I bought a dress (like what?!). I’m 39 weeks pregnant now and I have gone through several purchases/returns and have yet to find anything worth keeping. Their customer service is awful and you can only communicate with them via email. No one is of help and it has been such a waste of time going back and forth when they could have just gave me my money back months ago. I hate this website so much and I would suggest anyone not even bother — anything else would be better!
