We’re sorry you had this experience on the site with one of the models. The Code of Conduct clarifies rules around unwanted model behavior. We take all safety concerns seriously and address these issues as quickly as possible. In order to maintain a safe space for both models and fans, we encourage you to reach out to support for assistance with any further concerns you may have.

When model applications are reviewed, the team must consider several factors, which include social media accounts with a following of active and organically engaging followers indicating status in the adult performing or creation space, a strong following and active presence on other adult websites, and reviewing potential risk to the site should an applicant publish content that violates the SextPanther Independent Contractor Agreement and/or Code of Conduct. We can assure you that age is never a factor when reviewing applications. SextPanther includes models of all ages 18+.

We’re sorry for the trouble you experienced with making a purchase. If a payment was unsuccessful, your credit card may show a pending charge which means there was a pre-authorization from your card issuer. This pre-authorization is automatically reversed within 1-2 business days as we have not and cannot process the transaction submitted. Whenever site users experience payment issues, we encourage them to use the Contact form linked in the site’s footer under “Support.” The Support Team will then make all efforts to resolve the issue so that you can continue using the site as intended.
