Great product, poor shipping
I like the product I ordered, it was packed very well....the only downfall is the mailing. I ordered this on August 7th....and received two weeks later. I know that shops are trying to watch costs...but shipping via UPS that means the order gets handed over to USPS in SFO. Ground Advantage is not even considered first class...so orders sits and sits in SFO. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska have to wait at times...over a month for orders. And people wonder why Amazon is convenient.

The UPS handoff to USPS creates a real bottleneck for Hawaii and Alaska, and two weeks is too long to wait for something you ordered on the 7th. We're a family-owned shop, not a massive warehouse operation, so we can't always match Amazon on logistics - but we can pick up the phone and actually solve a problem for one customer.
