SewatecReviews of sewatec.com

Ich habe da schon vor 20 Jahren bestellt. Ein Urgestein in der Branche. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe den Trident Neptun im August 2024 bestellt, und bis heute habe ich ihn noch nicht erhalten. Die Leute von der Firma beantworten meine E-Mails nicht. Nie wieder über diese Seite bestellen.nicht zu empfehlen...

I purchased new Aqua Medic dc 3.3 pump from Sewatec A.E and it was factory faulty as the motor made a strange noise. I contacted Sewatec support and had to pay 21.90€ to get the pump fixed. I got proof from the factory that the pump was replaced. Support washed their hands from the case and I needed to contact Aqua Medic directly. And the shipping fee was never paid back to me by Sewatec even tho they promised it through the support. Can't recommend Sewatec A.E. Also should have read the Impirt that the company is registered in Malta. We shouldn't support this kind of activity.
