Twice I bought a computer from Seventh Ave and both computers stopped working after a few months. I had a warranty and they sent me a “gift” card for the cost of the computer only to be used at Seventh Ave. I asked them to take the cost of the computer off my bill with the gift card. They said they couldn’t. What a scam. Reporting them to the Attorney General in my state.

Dishonest. My wife was sent a repacked item...over 100.00. We called and we were promised a return label which never came. I called again and they claimed a cheque was sent, it didn't come, I called and was told a credit was issued and we would see an e-mail to that effect, it also didn't arrive. These people are deceitful with no business acumen. I would not order again. Sooner or later they will go out of business.

I have ordered from Seventh Avenue many times and have never had a problem. This time, my order wasn't correct and I returned it. A month later they said they wanted their money. I sent them a certified letter which included a receipt of the tracking number. They received it and signed for it and now they are trying to extort money from me. They left a negative mark on my credit report. It's a good thing that potential credit lenders do not pay any attention to this incompetent and negligent company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Hi I would like to do a bad review regards on Seventh Avenue they have been harassing me for money that I do not have and I wasn't pleased with there product it wasn't not up to the standards like it said in the description thank you.

They don’t help with financial hardship they rob you drop your score even if you pay they don’t report it and once you do pay and order they continue to run credit checks over again dropping your score lower every time bad for business

I will never deal with seventh avenue ever again,Called in and complained about the item broke on me,Waited for a return label which I never seen,I wind up throwing item away,And the refuse to give me a refund just as a one time courtesy.

I ordered a tablet which I received and 2 days later returned it because it would not work for what I needed. 3 weeks later they said they never got it so I went to the fedex office and got the receipt to show it was signed for 4 days after I sent it back. They gave me a credit for everything but the shipping and handling and when I asked them to credit that amount they said no that the buyer was responsible. Please people do not deal with Seventh Avenue they will rip you off and not care. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do mention a return they get very snotty with you. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
