Don't understand why so many Negative Reviews here...... Other than CUSTOMERS THEMSELVES, CAN BE RUDE!!!!..... Seventh Avenue has good Quality Products and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!.... I've been a Customer for several years now and never had a problem that couldn't be fixed. Although Shipping is a little Pricey, you can find UNIQUE Products with the ease and convenience of the Credit Payment Plan. I've made MAJOR PURCHASES, along with smaller ones, here, and altho there were a few problems, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!!! My EXTRA LARGE FIREPLACE stopped working soon after I received it several years ago, and I was sent a REPLACEMENT INSERT for FREE Without having to return the Defective one, and the Replacement is still working today!!! Also my WASHING MACHINE was severely Dented and, IMMEDIATELY, a Replacement was sent out with a Return Label and FREE PICKUP !!! Since the Replacement Washing Machine was also Dented, but not as bad as the first, I was offered either another Replacement, or a GENEROUS DISCOUNT, and after making sure it functioned properly, I chose and received the GENEROUS DISCOUNT!!! My Livingroom is full of BEAUTIFUL Lighting and Wall Decor from here and it is SPECTACULAR! This is a place to find UNIQUE Products that you can't find anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seventh Avenue and I APPRECIATE the Credit, the Unique Products, and the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!

I absolutely love seventh Avenue I've gotten many things from outside picnic table it was awesome loved it to shoes loved them very comfy also have gotten a few decor items for my house like a family plaque hanging only wall with out last name on it. I'd give more than 5 stars if available!

I love my stuff all three came on time good quality I will be ordering again.

So far so good!I have Neva had A problem with paying my account by phone &if I did there’s the mailbox!Ppl C/O AB pricing but they know what their paying bc its in ur face!If U don’t like prices Don’t order!So far I’ve bought 2X’s&No issues!But I don’t go ova the $200 mark!I have A$600credit line but I would Neva order that many items!

I bought an item, it was delivered as scheduled, and the item was beautiful, and everything I wanted.I paid off the item, then bought a second item. The second item was a table. the table was delivered without the glass top. I called customer service, and the nicest person helped me out. Come to find out the top is simply shipped in a separate package and was on the truck for delivery... Seventh Avenue has been a great company to deal with. I am getting what I order (On Time), and I am getting excellent customer service

Fairly new customer was okay with the first 2 orders but when i recieved the 3rd order i was real happy got just what I wanted cant wait to pay off my acct so I can buy more purse lining wasnt the best but i have paid more and got less this new shopping may work well Real Happy Today
