Sal did my home inspection and I am really pleased with the results. He helped me understand the issues he observed, and gave me an idea of what would be needed to fix them so I can make a good decision on what to do about negotiating with the seller.

Top notch customer service! I hired them for condo coop inspection and it was my pleasure to work with Sal! It is always nice to meet someone so knowledgeable and passionate about his work!

Sal did a very thorough job and was able to stay a bit longer than the scheduled time. He explained all of his findings to us and typed up a detailed report. We would definitely recommend him for home inspections.

Salvatore was terrific. He was easy to contact, extremely accommodating, prompt, and professional. He walked us through the house with him showing us what needed to be done, sharing his thoughts on how to do it correctly.

Salvatore did new construction inspection and gave me lots of worthy advice and insights that I haven’t considered before. His pricing is beyond reasonable and I now recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues!
