Received my butter hoodie and I am in love! Indeed the softest hoody ever, so comfy and warm. Emailed them and received a response within 24hrs which is amazing! I have done a few orders and Customer service is A1. Love the brand, the mission and super excited to get their new collections ☺️ Love the new flannels!

I placed an order for my wife’s birthday and one of the items was backordered. I emailed customer service explaining that i was hoping to get it my her birthday. They actually delivered part of the order in person along with a bonus item and promised the backordered stuff would be shipped immediately. Dont really find that kind of service these days and the wife loves their clothes!! Thank you.
