I placed an order Nov 5,2021, the charges cleared my bank account but I have not received anything stating when my order was shipped or if it has even shipped yet. Can someone please respond and let me know what has happened to my order? Thank you. LM

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I emailed 2 weeks ago to ask about shipment and tracking and was told they would double check but have not heard back. Exactly 1 week ago tracking info was emailed but when you click to track all it says is that the post office has received info on package and is waiting for it to arrive at their facility. I purchased this shirt specifically for a trip that I’m leaving on this Thursday. Very disappointed and will be returning it when I do get it as I’m going to have to go out before I leave and find something else to take.

Very disappointed. Still have not received my purchase. Ordered it 2 weeks ago, received a shipping number saying my order had shipped a few days later and the tracking number still only shows that the label was created and preshipment info was sent to USPS, awaiting item.

Paid additional for shipping. Shipping was quite delayed. Bottoms never arrived. Emailed to find out they didn’t have the size requested, but I was never contacted. Requested different size, still waiting

Satisfaction guaranteed my a$$. You can only return the hoodie if it's never been worn or washed and still has tags... The cotton candy colored hoodie had barely any color and even following their washing instructions what little color there was ended up fading. The hoodie wasn't any softer than one I bought from walmart. Totally dissatisfied and feeling totally ripped off.

I've ordered 2 zip up hoodies May 14. To this date, I have not recieved. Contacted customer service and they said my order was delivered, hence, the town was not correct,as well as the order number. I paid $130.00 for merchandise I have never recieved. This issue is ongoing. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered two blankets and they stated they were shipped a few days later but never left preshipment. I originally ordered May 17th and it’s now June 15th and I have no items. I contacted several times for a refund but keep getting generic responses and the last response said “sorry to hear, we will get them resent to you.” I don’t want the items anymore! I just want a refund and I’ve told them that several times! Of course there’s no phone number anywhere to actually speak to someone. I will never purchase from the company again!

The material is awful. The exact opposite of what they said. I’ll return both tomorrow. Wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money. Cheap crap that costs a lot. I wish I could speak with the founders who describe this company in a completely BS manner. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE
