I placed an order over a month ago and I have emailed this company three or four times. And I get no response back. At this point I just want my money back. I understand they’re busy but if their company that’s been in business a long time they should know that the holidays are busy please someone contact me

This company is a FRAUD. Anyone notice the positive reviews are all from the same timeframe and most the same date even? One might wager it’s the company trying to sneak in some positive reviews- suspicious? They do not respond, they do not send what you order. Do not fall for it.

Terrible customer service!! There is no phone number to contact them and when you use the email they never respond. I've been trying to return two shirts since November!! Never purchasing from this website again!!

I used to love this brand, but would no longer recommend it. I purchased 2 items that do not fit well and the website says it’s no longer processing returns or exchanges. I have also emailed the company twice, with no response!

On October 17th I ordered a shirt for a Halloween party on October 31st. I immediately received a confirmation email from “Hoddiefit” saying it would arrive in 8-12 days (in time for Halloween). Instead it arrived 18 days later on November 4th (after Halloween). The shirt is bright colored as shown on line, and made from a very lightweight (low quality) polyester material. I’m sure it would fun to wear for few hours at a party, but I doubt it’s comfortable and durable enough to continue beyond a couple parties. I was very disappointed with the delivery time and the lack of shipping updates without downloading a Chinese based app and creating a profile. Order HF7615

SCAM COMPANY! EXCHANGED A SHIRT IN JANUARY FOR ANOTHER ONE FOR $72 OF WHICH THEY NEVER SHIPPED TO ME, NOR REFUNDED MY MONEY NOR WILL THEY RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. IT HAS NOW BEEN 5 MONTHS SO I AM JUST OUT THE $72 THEY STOLE FROM ME. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Items run really small. Return two out of three items for exchange for a larger size. Took over a month and then only received one item. Sounds like I should count my blessings I received that. I guess I’m just out $65 even though the ones that I did receive are only worth a fraction of what I paid.
