I love the product but the shipping…
I love the product but the shipping has been a problem. However, you have always stepped up to making it good! Thanks

Thanks Judith! We truly appreciate the feedback & do our best to ship as fast as possible. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, it's out of our control. We do offer upgraded shipping as an option.

I bought this product for my mom
I bought this product for my mom. She suffers from chronic back pain. She is too old for surgery and meds only go so far. This balm makes her life more comfortable. It helps her a lot and I am grateful for that. Thank you 7 Points.
