This company has no customer service at all! They will NOT take a phone call and good luck getting an email response to issue. I had to dispute with my bank and it took months to get me money back! RIDICULOUS

The customer service is all automated and cannot reach a human. Once my items were shipped I tracked my order and said the expected delivery day was 20 days after it was shipped. It has been in a facility 3 hours away from me for 3 days now and still says I am expected to get my items in another 14 days. Sad, as these are gifts that needed to be given by a certain day. Had I know the delivery service (and I paid for delivery) was so BAD I would not use this company. You try to call the company and nothing but automation. Its a joke.

Shirt did not arrive after 4 weeks and they will not refund my money- they just say make a claim and we will send you another one

I ordered 8/24. It’s 9/15 and it says it’s still printing. What the heck???

Ordered the Tshirts in April 2020 - arrived in July 2020. The Large T-shirt would fit an eight year old, but did not fit me - my usual size is Medium, but after reading the website I ordered a Large. Ordered a Large for my husband. Long wait for delivery. Contacted the company- immediate response - would ship XL for both shirts. Arrived August 31, 2020. XL is still a tight fit - I look a loose comfy t-shirt for casual wear. I was so happy - to have the new T-shirt. Washed it and decided to wear it - just as I was leaving the house, noticed a small hole in the front of the T-shirt UGH!!!! I will be returning all four T-shirts. Not worth the time and effort to have a T-shirt. Good quality fabric. Good printing. This company requires more patience that I have right now.

Ordered a tank top over 3 weeks ago, still says printing.... Just too slow.

I ordered in May 2020. I have tried chasing up on numerous occasions. Have been tracking order and said arrived in UK on 7th July with DHL. Still not received it. Contacted DHL and they advised that I contact supplier. Been a nightmare from start to finish, never again and I feel that I can say goodbye to ever receiving products 😪

Crap company - ordered 2 shirts for son in college hockey - "up to 20 days" to ship (ordered June 15th) and they will not reply to inquiries. I have called my credit card to void the transaction - if they ship, I will ship back and get my refund. Horrible service,,, figure it out!
