For how affordable Settle is compared to other co-living options, you get great value. I was a bit skeptical before signing but the responsiveness and helpfulness of the sales team ultimately helped me make my decision to live with Settle. The room was just like the photos, the apartment was in a good location, and it was very nice having an in unit washer dryer. Obviously, living with 5 strangers cleanliness can become a point of contention but Settle’s cleaning service did a good job of deep cleaning the apartment once a month!

Lived in Brooklyn with Settle Living for 3 yrs. Overall arrangement is a great option especially if you are looking to adjust to living to the City. I had moved to New York after landing a job offer with no furniture of my own, so Settle Living was a great choice for me to start my life in NY since rooms are furnished and kitchen/bathroom everything is there in good quality. They also screen you in an interview before you can move in, so there is an added safety that your roomates won't be anyone crazy. For my apartment, everyone kinda kept to themselves which was what I preferred, so the roomate situation worked out as well. Overall, i highly recommend for young professionals or students looking to find an affordable place to stay but with good quality.
