I ordered a child toy in mid July 2026, They charged on apple pay 50% more. The price they displayed on website differs from what you actually pay on Apple Pay. Item never arrived I sent emails, got AI replies with tracking link. The tracking link asks for phone number, you give the number and you receive OTP for purchase via your phone carrier! They are a big fraud!! They charged more, they never sent the item and now they are trying to steal via OTP!!

Wrong wallet sent to me. Should be a place for cash and there isn’t one. I was ripped off!

Don’t order from this site - my order was ‘lost’ and I contacted support, they responded immediately and said my order was resent, without asking any details, and to follow up in a week if I hadn’t received a new tracking email. I waited a week and contacted support again after no updates, and was told to be patient my package was on the way,(at this point I’d been waiting about 6 weeks.) After waiting another week with no tracking updates I contacted support again and requested my money back and they told me I could not get a refund because my order had already been resent and to continue to ‘be patient.’ I originally placed my order on May 22, it’s been well over 2 months and I never received it.

Did not like the hat a terrible fit

According to my email it was delivered yesterday. I have not received it.

They did not send what I ordered which was Organic Golden Castor Oil Roll-On with Rose Quartz. I got a plastic roller ball that doesn’t work. And then when contacting support about a return or a refund, they basically won’t do either. They said I would have to pay to have pay to ship it back, which would be too costly so they are giving me $5 to keep the product. It’s a scam. Do not purchase.
