Everything was going well until the payment request came!I was already thinking that could be a scam , after this I am sure !when someone from their team contacted me they said - “ we get paid if you get paid” , but that not how it works. They are requesting $1600 to move forward. Meaning they will only file after I pay ! If I pay and don’t receive the money from the IRS? Also I have requested something very simple that is a copy of the pdf (DocuSign) that I signed and they don’t provide one ! Everything very sketchy!! Be aware!! I am very afraid!

Bad Reviews are a great chance to clear misconception! Yes we do have an upfront payment option as well as BACKEND PAYMENT (meaning- we don't get paid til you get paid). We give all of our clients a choice! Easy peasy!!!!!!!! But then they don't get back to you in the 7-10 days they say. It's been 15 and starting to believe I've been scammed. Done some researching and only should do this on government sites. So they took my money. Don't use!!!!!! The number they give is fake, along with the web site.

20% fee is a lot of money that's literally one fifth of the money we are getting back! And on top of that we have to print out the documents and send them to the irs! When I told my tax guy he said I could of done that to you for free!!!

~90% of Accountants never filed for this credit, leaving you in the dark, missing out on money. 20% fee is better than 33% like our competitors who struggle to compete with the ease and speed of our software. As much as we dislike that you need to print it out as well... that is just a barrier we can't overcome! Your signature is required! We did make it easy and provide you with prepaid shipping and a QR code to make that process as simple and easy as possible!

Stop sending "review request" when ive given all my info and not a word back from this company! It's really bad marketing...how can I possibly give an accurate review when nothing has been done ...not even a follow up...please adjust your marketing to ask for reviews after you've actually done something
