It’s been almost 4months, I have paid Setc fees since 05-24-24 but still processing. Not sure if this is real. Today 09-06-24

They don't tell you they want you to pay them in advance to actually getting your Advance or getting your taxes and they don't offer any kind of upfront way to get the money like other companies do that will file for free until you get your money it seems like a humongous scam and you can't even get in touch with anybody in their office or in their email it says return to send her every time I try

For refund (which is kinda silly) you should try calling us at 888) 738-2829 or emailing us at [email protected] Posting a review about it isn't the best way to go about it. We encourage everyone to do this themselves if they can... if not, we are happy to help!
