Hello Sara, We are really sorry for your bad experience. From your review is not clear, what exactly happened. There are some technical limits, when online alarm could not work properly. In some cases it is impossible that online alarm could work, e.g. if our website is closed or if computer is turned off. In some cases our alarm could not go off in time . Our alarm depends on computer time, so if your computer time has 50 minutes delay, our online alarm will have also the same delay. Please check your local time on your computer and compare it to the real time. As a warning on our homepage says - in order to make proper use of the alarm your computer must be kept running and the browser's tab must not be closed. We are not able to change your energy saver settings on your computer, but if browsers's tab with our alarm is active, then we are able to use some special techniques which try to prevent computers to go into sleep mode. This feature probably does not work on all browsers/devices, but in most cases it should work. So the best solution (if this case is the reason) is to change your energy saver settings on your computer to disable sleep mode. Other solution is just to keep browser's tab with our alarm active (it is enough for most cases). If you think that none of above is related to your problem, please send us more info regarding this issue (e.g. your device, operating system, browser version, what exactly did you do and what exactly happened, screenshots,...) to our email [email protected], so we can investigate this issue. Hello Aileen, sorry to hear that. There are more reasons why it could happened. Our alarm depends on your computer time, one of the possible reasons could be that your computer time is not synchronized properly with online time servers. Please check your local time on your computer and compare it to the real time. As a warning on our homepage says - in order to make proper use of the alarm your computer must be kept running and the browser's tab must not be closed.
