ServproReviews of servpro.com

Weston Jackson was awesome. My house had extensive flooding. Weston came on the scene and started the process immediately after explaining the process to me.He answered my questions respectfully and put me at ease. He is definitely an asset to your company. Angela Smith did an awesome job working along beside guys. She explained everything and kept me informed on every matter that pertained to the job. She is an asset to your company also. Both of them are super workers! They deserve six stars! Thanks!

The people that did the repair work on my home were absolutely wonderful. Fred Christie and Leon Alvey, the two craftsman that repaired my home were amazing! The workmanship and expertise these two had was truly awesome, and I am so appreciative. If the rest of the Servpro workman are as capable as these two, that makes Servpro the best in the business.

Your construction crew were professional and thorough! Thanks to Molly, Jason, Ryan, Ralph and Rob for all their hard work!

A shout out to ServPro! They have been amazing at helping us put our kitchen back together!! Thank you, Ryan, Moises and Shannon for all your hand work. We appreciate you and your team.

On Friday, August 11, 2023, my husband, Pat, and I were in California, Maryland picking up a couch on a second floor condo. The couch was wedged - not budging! A representative from Servpro, Ricky Kline, stepped in to land a huge hand plus his perspective on how to angle the couch to get it out the door! Next, Ricky Kline helped my husband to carry it out of the condo - second floor - and load it into our truck - all the while with a smile, kind words, and encouragement! Ricky Kline was a wonderful representative for SERVPRO yesterday! If all of your employees are as he was, well, then, you have a top-notch company! Way above and beyond the call of duty!

Servpro of Media in Folsom has been doing smoke remediation at a family home and they are amazing. The walls, ceilings, and floors were really damaged and after Servpro cleaning they look new. They were timely with the estimate and the start date for the work. Staff is professional I'm very surprised to see poor reviews of this company here, but I think they are a franchise which could explain it. If you live in Delaware County, PA, I would definitely try Servpro of Media in Folsom.

Servpro came over after another company dropped the ball! Joe was very professional,he communicated everything to my wife and I and was accurate every single time! I would highly recommend Servpro out of Helotes! Joe was reputable and honest what more can a client ask for!

I’m overwhelmed with the professionalism of every ServPro employee! Had a devastating flood and they removed everything for extensive water mitigation in 2 days. The Restoration manager contacted me immediately to begin the arduous process of rebuilding. My stress went from a 10 to a ONE because they are moving the process along quickly, with minimal mess - they take care of everything. Best experience and I can’t thank each employee enough!
