I recently had a pipe burst in my cabin in Illinois, and it completely caught me off guard. I contacted Servpro out of Quincy, and within just a few hours, Griffin Johnson showed up. The moment he arrived, he called me to assess the damage, and that phone call alone eased so much of the stress I was feeling. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and to be honest, I was overwhelmed. But the care, professionalism, and genuine concern that Griffin and his team showed made all the difference. He has been on top of every detail, walking me through each step with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but truly understands what you’re going through. I am incredibly grateful for the service and support I’ve received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Griffin Johnson and Servpro of Quincy to anyone who finds themselves in a tough situation. They’ve turned a stressful disaster into something manageable—and that means more than I can say.

After a wicked storm they sent 5 trucks and 5 men and a woman as soon as they could which was a day later but other companies were 2-3 days later. Our entire finished basement was covered in sewage. They were at our home for 8 days in blistering heat gutting everything down past sub floors and drywall. They were a polite and hard working crew. My neighbors had them a few years back and could not say enough of their mitigation and repairs. The team we had was Huron & East Seneca Ohio

We had a leak that went into my daughter's bedroom. Jason was our technician. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He made sure all my questions were answered, and he met our expectations.

I cannot stress enough how incredible of a company Servpro is. We had a house fire last June which was devastating but the positive aspect was how professional, efficient and friendly the staff of Servpro were. Jessica and Chris arrived and quickly were able to make us feel more relaxed as they explained what their process was. They did all they promised in a very timely manner. 10 months later when they delivered all our contents (which I was stressed about) I was amazed at the condition. Many items looked better after they did their magic. I cannot say the same about State Farm but I am happy to completely refer Servpro to any person who has the unfortunate situation to need their services.

This company is FANTASTIC!!!!. I called on Wednesday and they were here Thursday. The young man Jerry Ferney was respectful, professional, diligent in completing the clean-up and right on time. I live in an apartment complex in a basement unit. Louis Janecek and his team came to remove water from a foundation leak that came up into my vents. I could not have asked for better service. They were extremely efficient in removing the water which was hundreds of gallons but identified the problem and documented it thoroughly. They were professional and also personable. Very respectful of my personal belongings and the property in general. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to anyone needing their services.

I had an unimaginably horrible odor in my otherwise gorgeous new home and the ServPro team of Tarrytown / Elmsford were nothing short of a Godsend!!! And when I say this, I mean Tony and his team (Nick, Henry, another Tony, and Jorge) literally perform miracles. I had assumed that the smell, which was apparent in the home upon the initial viewing, would disappear with the former owners when they and their stuff moved out, but it had somehow become deeply entrenched in the home – the air, every nook and cranny, the carpet, the walls, everything. It was horrifying and shocking to realize that the former owners had hired professional cleaners, as every surface seemed to be already sanitized and dust free, yet the overpowering odor persisted to the point where I had to open the windows anytime I was in my new home and couldn’t spend more than 20 minutes in there without uncontrollably gagging and becoming extremely sick. In desperation, I Googled local cleaning specialists and found ServPro, which seemed to offer the most heavy duty cleaning out there (i.e. I wasn’t sure if another normal cleaning service could get the smell out, because the former owners seemed to have cleaned and sanitized everything already). Tony was so friendly, kind, and supportive from the initial phone call we had and at every step of the remediation process. He quickly accommodated my schedule to meet with me and assess the smell, despite seeming to juggle many other appointments at the same time. He not only met my distress with a calm and reassuring manner that put my nerves at ease, but he also quickly drew up a proposal that worked within my budget and involved specialty equipment specific to my situation. I wasn’t sure if the equipment would work, but because Tony worked to get things within my budget, I was able to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. I mean, glad doesn’t even begin to describe the level of relief and joy that I felt with the work that ServPro did for me. The smell is COMPLETELY GONE!!!! I am nearly 100% certain that no amount of cleaning would have ever gotten that smell out and that very specialized equipment was necessary. If you have a horrible situation that normal cleaning has failed to remediate then ServePro is your best bet. Not only will they be friendly and supportive at every step of the process – which is so incredibly helpful when you are dealing with a horrible (I would even say traumatizing) situation – but I am convinced they can fix nearly every situation that normal cleaning can’t. Oh, and they also give free estimates – so you literally have nothing to loose in scheduling a consultation. If you’re in doubt, just call them – you will not regret it.

We were hit by a tornado on November 3 sustaining significant water and structural damage. ServPro came into to stabilize what could be saved. The team were highly professional, timely, and thorough. We deeply appreciate Aaron, Tyler, Jesus, Chase, Luis and Santos for the extra care they gave to us.
