We take customer feedback seriously, but we’re unable to find any record of this experience. And it closely aligns to a "review raid" made by one of our competitors. If you’re a real customer, please contact us so we can help at [email protected] I can assure you that we have HUNDREDS of games to use Nova on ranging from 0-1K+ Players, perhaps you're a free plan and limited to only some games? We just need more info to assist you.

As well as 80% of blacklisted / banned users get Nova access right back after appealing once they acknowledge what they did wrong. Thank you for the review if it is real, and we'll be sure to meet your expectations.

I'm assuming you're speaking about the free plan? Since free games often peak to around 50 players on average. You'll have to purchase a license to get more out of Nova. Thank you for the review if it is real, and we'll be sure to meet your expectations.

If you’re a real customer, please contact us so we can help at [email protected] I'm assuming this is just a joke review and we appreciate your humor but please know that we rely on Trustpilot for genuine experiences, not some joke 1 star reviews just to make a competitor feel happy. Thank you for the review if it is real, and we'll be sure to meet your expectations.
