they had an Item listed in-stock at $139.50 also came up on google merchant listings it said in stock and I ordered it hours later they canceled it changed the price to $1,190

Ordered $5000 worth of product that was never shipped. Two months of chasing their customer service around via the web chat and emails to "Ethan" netted nothing. Short replies like 'we'll check it' that are never followed up on and a snarky agent in the chat window that is a waste of time. Calling them gets a call center that will put you on hold indefinitely. Currently pursuing a chargeback with CC company. Do not do business with this company, they are scammers.

I ordered a Nvidia RTX 4500 Pro GPU for my server build and paid with Google Pay. I received an Order Confirmation email and then shortly thereafter a "Fraud Checking" email to contact them. I called immediately and they said because the email was "Open Domain" that it triggered a fraud alert and I would be contacted in the morning. I was not contacted so I called again on the 22nd. The first "customer service representative" stated my order was canceled so I requested that the order be resubmitted at the same price I originally paid. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried several times to call back but it went to voice mail. I eventually called back again using my work number and because it was a different number, someone answered. When I tried to discuss the issue again, the person immediately rattled off my order number and then stated I didn't provide my information - which is insane because you have to provide everything via the order, and then that information is also provided by Google Pay. He said they didn't want my business because I wouldn't provide my information and hung up. This website/company is clearly a scam and not one person who answered their order/customer service line is a primary English speaker - indicating this is an offshore scam originating either in India or Pakistan. I am reaching out to Google Pay to make sure these scammers do not charge me for the item. I am also reporting them to the FCC for investigation for wire fraud.

Ordered a server overnight. Never shipped. Called support 2 days later after no updates and said they were shipping it that day. Then received a message from a different support representative that the order was cancelled and said 'cant help, it's refunded' and nothing more. Shady business practice with terrible support.

Two orders cancelled. Third order for $3500+ with 2-day shipping didn't actually ship until 10 days after order and calling in and asking for a tracking number and then it shipped FedEx saver.

Don't use these people. Allegedly had a product for me MS130-48P-HW but took my order and never delivered. I called and spoke with service 2x. First time the response was they had it in inventory and it was assigned to me but never showed up. Second time, they said they may not have it and wait until warehouse got back to me. Been a week and still waiting. Contacting credit card to demand credit back. Product never delivered.

Contacted and was advised item in stock and if ordered by 3 pm est time on a Weds then it would ship that day. So order confirmed and placed at 12:26pm est. So checked next day 4:30 pm est Thursday and still reflected as opened. So i call the sales line to inquire one why it had not shipped as of the previous conversation. The agent advised the were not able to ship it due to some kind of renovation(What) So okay when will it ship? Advised not till Monday now you delay me almost another week not offer to upgrade shipping and zero notification. So I advised to just cancel the order as someone else will do what the say and ship it today. He states it cancelled and hangs up. I was this close to making additional purchases for several other items with larger costs but never will use them if this is how they conduct business. All that was needed is provide and update or tell customer it would not ship till next week. Communication is key to a good business. They lack that and any since of respect for customer its cancelled and disconnect. Sad. Shop elsewhere.

Beware! Tried to order an HBA but their descriptions are all completely mixed up and wrong. Item pictures are taken from other websites and stores. I finally found something and ordered but my order got cancelled after a couple of days. I asked for the reason and got no response. Definitely not trustworthy!
