Awful
Deleted our server after we tried to switch hosts and act like they didn’t do anything.

In this particular situation we dealt with a "lead customer" that noted issues about their service as they were leaving the platform simultaneously. As common courtesy we reached out in an effort to resolve any issues they had. After viewing their server we found that they had downloaded malicious plugins that were overloading the server instance. Additionally, with the support of our performance technicians, we added significant optimizations that would render any future lag to be non-existent at this particular player size (and much greater). The team behind this server is home to individuals with a role called "developer" that we believe aren't actual developers. This consists of over 6-7 volunteer file managers. Their day-today tasks will include uploading plugins that may or may not contain malicious contents, and editing config files. I am sure this group would be strong contenders for creating a hello world file.. or.. wait. The team behind this server threatened defamation against Server Horse via twitter (which we never use), to "expose" our company relating to "dogwater" software. We weren't able to find any other clients running into these issues. In fact, no one has ever. Lastly, they claim their server was deleted after they requested to cancel their service. Even if the server was deleted, there is nothing ethically or legally wrong with deleting their server if the server owner requests to cancel their own service. However, the server is still available after they resume their service. So no, we did not delete their server. All data is saved on our systems for up to 3 months after cancelations.
