First , they moved my server from node to node without my permisions which caused a huge damage for my business , so when i asked them to move it back they terminated my server and said they refunded me while nothing refunded and i lost my business because i counted on them !

Paid for VPS hosting and later added account credit. After payment, the VPS became inaccessible overnight: - SSH connection refused - VNC console showed no boot or GRUB output - Management panel intermittently timed out Support responded but attributed the issue to the client environment. However, the web application had been running normally before this incident. If only SSH were affected, the web service should still have been accessible, which was not the case. Support was unable to resolve the issue. The VPS was eventually cancelled and only the most recent payment was refunded. Previously added account credit was not refunded. This experience makes the service unsuitable for production workloads. IMPORTANT!!! VPS became inaccessible, service cancelled and account credit not refunded

VERY poor support! I've seen tickets go weeks, even months without updates from anyone. Currently , a ticket from February of this year is sitting there. just an inquiry, staff have been ignoring this. This isn't the only ticket, or the only time this has happened. This company has done this many times, often just ignoring tickets for days, claiming to be "busy" or "occupied". From a network perspective, the company is alright. From an offerings perspective, the company is substandard From a support perspective, the company is a disaster
