Price for the part was good, however, the cost to ship it was way high. Asked for NDA and the cost was as if I got it NDA, but was nearly a week to get it or more.

The Ruckus ZF 7372 that I purchased were not clean and oxidized to yellow color, despite the email confirmation prior to the sales that they were clean and not oxidized. I guess the sales is more important than the seller's credibility

Simon did a great job making my ordering process efficient. I would give 5 stars but the website did not designate an area to separate billing and ship to addresses so the order had to be processed twice, which is how I ended up calling and speaking to Simon.
